• Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, CRM/data storage (e.g., our Lansan CRM platform and its underlying infrastructure), email or SMS communication tools, and analytics providers, under confidentiality obligations;
• Legal and regulatory authorities, where required to comply with law, protect our rights, or respond to lawful requests;
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining referral and transaction records for compliance with real estate recordkeeping requirements, and then delete or anonymize it in accordance with our internal retention practices.
